This online store is operated by Fanny Senocq. The shop offers products created and designed by Fanny, including the card game Upside Down and art prints available in three formats. All artworks and designs are original creations.

All products are made to order, including prints and framed artworks. They are created specifically for each order and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal. For full details, please see our policy on Refunds & Returns.

Orders from other countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom, are not accepted at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed from a country outside our supported shipping areas.

Delivery methods depend on your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Within EU: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 working days

Delays may occur due to postal services or customs. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the delivery transfers to the courier. Tracking numbers are provided when available.

Note: Customs duties and import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
