For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference for a different design or frame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To report a damaged or defective item, please include photos of the product and the packaging when contacting us. Return shipping costs for approved defect returns will be covered or reimbursed by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>1.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us <strong>within 14 days of delivery<\/strong> and include photos clearly showing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the damaged or incorrect item<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.3 Order Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Orders can only be cancelled before they have been sent to production. As our products are made to order, this can happen very quickly after the order has been placed, sometimes within minutes. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
